Return and Refund Policy

Fine Babe Return Policy

1. Notification Period for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. You can reach us via:

*Timely notification allows us to resolve the issue efficiently.


2. Return Period for Defective or Damaged Products

Once you notify us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the item. The item must be shipped back within this 30-day window.


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:
✅ Be in their original condition (unworn and unwashed)
✅ Have all original tags and packaging intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


4. Non-Returnable Item(s)

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized products
  • Intimate apparel
  • Other non-returnable items specified in the product description

5. How to Return a Damaged/ Defective Item(s)


Step 1: Contact Us
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the damaged/ defective item(s) you wish to return
  • Information about the issue (if applicable)
     

Step 2: Return Authorization
We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
⚠️ Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.

Step 3: Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged, or if we made an error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us.
     

6. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If that method is no longer valid, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item
     

Resolution: We will provide return instructions. If the item cannot be replaced, we will issue a full refund (excluding any shipping costs incurred).
