Return and Refund Policy

Notification Period: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. This can be done via email at [finebabe@finefinebabe.com] or through our chat box. We need to be informed within this timeframe to address the issue appropriately.

Return Period: Once you have notified us and received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item to us. The item must be shipped back to us within this 30-day window.

Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return.

2. How to Return an Item

• Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us.

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow [7-14] business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the payment method is no longer valid, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

• Availability: We offer direct exchanges, in the case of damage or defect. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• Resolution: We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item. If the item cannot be replaced, we will issue a full refund, not including any shipping costs incurred.
